The Center for Executive Leadership in Government (CELG) is a unit of the Center for Government Services at Rutgers University. Our mission is to strengthen the leadership skills of those who deliver public and nonprofit services. CELG education and training opportunities help public sector professionals:

Parking at the Lifelong Learning Center
Parking at the Lifelong Learning Center requires registration of your vehicle in order to avoid ticketing or towing.
Prior to your course date, you will receive an email with a link to the registration form for your vehicle. Fill out all car information including license plate number, make, style, and color. Once the form is complete, click “Register” to receive confirmation.
