The Center for Executive Leadership in Government offers custom programs for public and nonprofit organizations. The course design includes taking the challenges of departments into account to increase understanding of the entire organization. Students work on projects that address best practices and help them stay current with the latest changes in the field. CELG offers both a custom Mini-MPA and Leadership Certificate programs.
Our programs are:
- Taught on site with Rutgers Faculty.
- Organized around the work schedules of your team during the workweek.
- Spread over a number of months to allow employees to complete certification.
- Each three hour session is taught in a graduate seminar format.
- Reduced tuition for groups of fifteen or more students.
