Linda J. Niedweske, J.D. is a partner in Niedweske Law Firm, LLC, located in Mountainside, New Jersey. She specializes in all aspects of employment law. Ms. Niedweske is an experienced litigator, having appeared before administrative, state, and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. She prefers to concentrate her practice on prevention of disputes by training, drafting corporate documents, and engaging in proactive management.
She was labor counsel for the Borough of Roselle Park and acted as a hearing officer for the County of Essex, New Jersey. Ms. Niedweske is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University where she has taught Introduction to Employment Law for its Master of Public Administration and now teaches Law and Public Policy for its Executive Master of Public Administration program and Conflict Resolution for its mini-Master of Public Administration. Ms. Niedweske has also taught Constitutional Law for Berkeley College.
