Rutgers Session on Lifelong Learning scheduled at the NJ State League of Municipalities conference!

Planning to attend the NJ State League of Municipalities Conference?  Please join Rutgers on Tuesday afternoon: “Public Service and Life-long Learning: You're Never Too Old to Get Better”

Date: Tuesday, November 13, 2018      Time: 3:45 – 5:15 p.m.        Room 405/406.

You will have a unique opportunity to become a part of the conversation about life-long learning benefits and opportunities.  Life-long learning is crucial in preparing employees for change, especially as public organizations plan for retirements; it is essential for skill development and training, and has the added benefit of contributing to a positive workplace culture. The goal of the session is to create awareness how competency driven, learner-centered, just-in-time programs empower your employees and ultimately improve public service. You will get a chance to interact with educational experts and public service professionals.
