This series includes four seminars crafted to help municipal leaders steer their towns and cities through the downturn and cope with difficult fiscal issues. The four half-day programs explore practical methods for dealing with budget cuts, by redefining the role of government and addressing the continuing increase in demand for services. Who should attend?
The seminars—which feature different topics each semester—are geared to municipal managers, administrators, finance officers, governing body members, department heads, and mayors.
